All record requests must be made in writing and mailed to the rectory.
If someone wishes a copy of a sacrament record for personal information mailed to their home, the request must be sent by mail, provide full birth name, DOB, approximate baptism date, and must include a self-addressed stamped envelop.
For burial records at the cemetery, please mail your request to the rectory, provide your name and contact information, date of birth/death, of record sought, and a self-addressed stamped envelop for information to be returned. No other information is available on individuals buried other than location buried.
