All record requests must be made in writing and mailed to the parish office at PO Box 210 Atkinson, IL 61235 or emailed to office@stanthonysatkinson.org.
If someone wishes a copy of a sacrament record for personal information mailed to their home, the request must be sent by mail or email, provide full birth name, DOB, approximate baptism date, and must include a self-addressed stamped envelop. If you are requesting for Sacramental reasons or for Annulments please include the Parish, Priest and/or Diocesan representative along with their phone number, address and email address with your request. All records for Sacraments/Annulments will be sent directly to the parish requesting the information.
For burial records at the cemetery, please mail your request to the parish office, provide your name and contact information, date of birth/death, of record sought, and a self-addressed stamped envelop for information to be returned. No other information is available on individuals buried other than location buried.
